Cracked but still beautiful, I think :-)
I hope you all are having e beautiful day.
We had good weather for driving on the road and that is what we did today. I went to Acupuncture trying to get three defect fixed. We will see what she will be able to do for me.

This is stunning! For some reason this image makes me think of Japanese ceramics; I think it's the color, maybe...or the organic texture. The gills underneath the mushrooms are so wonderfully captured. They're old, they're worn out and tired; they've done what they're supposed to do and now they can serve another function. For me, there's something immensely satisfying in that; they're not dying mushrooms, they're just clearing the way for next year's mushrooms. There's incredible, beautiful balance in that and you captured it with perfect clarity. For me, this is a very poetic image. I also hope the Acupuncture works.

A little worse for wear, but quite beautiful. Wonderful soft light and color! I like the soft pink tint of the mushrooms, and the soft shade differences across the tops. Lovely fairy lights of out of focus drops in the background. Excellent capture!
fungi can be so beautiful-keep them coming
