A rustic fixer-upper and all for only $700,000 (California only). Looks like it was a grand house once. Perhaps it could be again. Oh yeah, happy birthday Marilyn!
Hippo Birdie two Ewe, Marilyn. Lovely shot of this old house. :)
What a gorgeous shot! I love old houses like these: big enough to be roomy but they're still intimate as well...obviously built for families and this one seems as if it has lots and lots of stories to tell, and for me, that's never a bad thing. I love a good story: happy, sad, quirky, it doesn't matter, just as long as it's good. You've captured so much in this shot and it's simply a gorgeous, compelling piece of work, and the perfect dedication. I can easily see Marilyn here, making it sparkly and new again, giving it new life, which from this shot, it deserves. This is super! It's the perfect birthday dedication too! Yeah. I like this a lot!
Need a bit more than Photoshop....! Super dedication, Clive
TLC needed
Fantastic house & dedi, nicely captured!
A beautiful composition...Alexander, Kansas as I recall. Wish we had more time to explore old towns like this...we will in the future. This is perfect for Marilyn's birthday. HB, M:)

You know how much I love this--thanks so much!!!
Beautiful shot of this great old house. I would hate tyo think how much it would cost to restore it. Great capture Tara!
