Let's say you are far from home. You bite down on a hamburger that is not a hamburger but a very old piece of water buffalo. Your tooth loses an encounter with a bit of bone. What to do? If you are at a rural place like Lake Toba you are out of luck. But Bukittinggi is a city so you go looking for a dentist. Perhaps you will visit Sinar Surya for help from a Tukang Gigi. Sorry, I meant Solar Rays for help from an Artisan of the Tooth.
