I didn't realize at the time that I caught him in mid blink. This if for BorisB and danob who both post such great owl images. May mine be as good as their's someday

amazing how you can find this owl...I never seen one in real life (except at the bird aviary)...I need to check out some owls on the two galleries you mentioned.
