Description
Shamrock III is calm waters like two graceful swans.
Coming to C3D this weekend, if I find that people like my new model I will plan of doing the American winner...which was even larger.
If you missed my earlier posting, the model is supplied under sail as seen her as well as just basic port rigging to sit in a harbor or the supplied drydock for fitting.

One crit: No matter how calm the water, if the boats are moving, there will be a wake and small waves coming off the vessels as they move through the water... oh, also, if the water is THAT calm, it means there is NO wind, so technically the boats would not be moving, becalmed, with slack sails, no wind to fill them....
You are absolutely correct FitArtistSF?....but this is not a finished work as is the earlier posting of the deck to rear POV. Both are wip canvas efforts..... Look to my USS Alligotor lost at sea canvas in my gallery and you will see that in the end these works will have deck crews and other appropriate actions.
