For a little something different, I thought I would create a trussel system for trains, coal carts, mining operations etc. What I really wanted to do was wrap this kind of wood roadway around a terrain and while this image let me play as desired.. I'm afraid it looks a bit too train table for me. The problem is I'm not a landscape guy so I will just have to look forward to you more talented in that area. I'm sure that Larry J. will/can do much better. The model, which I will be posting in a few minutes on Corn, is made up of a straight, and a curved truss system. While most rail systems would fit directly on the supports I have at the top... I have provided a decking for those that want some freedom to do other things as suggested above. The work above is simply putting each end to end. This is going to be for Vue 6 thru 9 product. The wood is UV'ed so you have replace my wood texture with whatever you would like and the grain will all run in the correct direction. As I tell most, adjust your bump map numbers depending on POV and lighting. Should see it available in a week or so.
