Description
Inspired by a documentary about the 1920s, watching Chicago again, and wanting to use my upcoming glamorous character (stay tuned!)... I created this artwork.
The hardest part of creating this was the feather boa. It just did not want to cooperate and move the way I wanted it to. I finally just moved her arms to fit the boa, out of frustration! It turned out even better than I had hoped though... so I'm happy.
Thank you to all the people who suggested names for this piece. Winner was my best buddy Sam who came up with a Chicago reference that perfectly fit the mood. :)

A fantastic, vampy, work, Lizzie - she's perfect! The Roarin' 20's come to life! Great work on the boa, too. I know what you mean about it not cooperating, but sometimes the image has its own ideas of how it wants to be done ;-). Exceptonal work!
