Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated.
This seems to be a battle between some type of insects. The macro world of insects can be a very violent and deadly world.
Have a great day.
Jim

Sure does look like a hive of some sort. Good one.
Very nice, love the gradient and great use of DoF, excellent work Jim Peace
FANTASTIC looking image Jim, it has such an epic feel to it
Excellent image. The color range is what gives it the bee look for me. Truly a case of a thousand words with this one.
now that's cool !!
I like the colors, I like the light! Excellent.
The battle goes on :o)
Beautiful subject but I don't like defocus...
Not sure what it could be Jim...All I do know is that it's one kick'n design worth saving to my fav's...(smiles)...
I cave-in when it comes to entering caves. They are a place for spooky things, and where the bats tend to HANG out (sorry - humour is catching but there is an antidote, I'm sure). It certainly looks like a battleground with the bodies piled high - beautiful grub for the blood-thirsty. Life is the great destroyer.
Fantastic, Jim. Great lighting. Corrie
The light in this is magnificent superb work !!
Very cool
Rather fierce ants!
indeed only the law of the strongest counts.
These are cool ants. On top I see an unknown large insect, what a stunner, Jim.
Very intense and strong image Jim, amazing colors, the textures are excellent, well done!
