Description
There must have been something in that glass-jar, that attracted this Butterfly to it, most likely the sweet traces of sugar cubes!
How good is that?

Of course, that wasn't enough for me, I just had to 'digi-fiddle' with some filters and create some more and weird magic ... ;-)

BTW I am giving the last 6 Art Deco/Art Nouveau pix a bit of a rest, to be resumed at a later date, there is not much demand these days for old stuff ;-(
Cheers Brigitte

wow, this ist most beautiful and real art work, what a lovely house for that butterly, think its nice and warm ...
great artwork :-)
Wow this is amazing superb work !!
cool shot
Nice digi-fiddling!
You diggi-fiddled great art, out of a stunning capture of his own. The special forms that have arisen in the glass are very artistic, the colors are so pretty to me. And what is the butterfly well defined, with his antennae and his eye. I think you had much fun by doing your digi-fiddle, dear Sis. Hugs are going to down under ♥
Superb and a very interesting composition!
What ever you fiddled you fiddled it well Brigitte, this is lovely.
Beautiful!
I bet this butterfly was looking for the sugar cubes with a drop of Angostura Bitters, so he could sip on some pink champagne while admiring this rather special glass house ! Actually, it would be kool to see what he see's, which is prolly something much like this creative capture ! Neat work BB & ~Cheers~
Original image!
People in glass houses shouldn't be stoned? Great job with the filtersand an excellent shot. I like it when people don't realize that a picture has been improved
WOw - great one Brigitte!
A very cool and opportune capture! Interesting subject, almost transparent wings?
Wonderdful capture and postwork Brigitte. The colors and lighting are awesome.
FABULOUS IMAGE!
Outstanding clarity, refractions and textures in this perfectly postworked pic, Brigitte! Kind of reminds me of the wasp/yellow jacket trap that I just purchased. The instructions say to wait until Spring before using it.
A wonderful image with great post work. Amazing that he went inside. I will look forward to seeing the rest of those old pictures, as they were facinating.
Top notch!
What a different and wonderful POV!!! Outstanding glass textures and wonderful light!!
Not much demand??? WEll Harumph on them I sez! Looks like a glass butterfly, in fact, I almost thought it was at first.
Excellent capture!
Cool find/shot!
Fantastic capture and post work. The butterfly looks like it was just caught with its hand(?) in the cookie jar. As for the Art Deco project, a pox on all of them! Perhaps one per week for the rest of us?
Fantatic composition and postwork!
This is so beautiful! It feels Art Nouveau in itself. Great color and composition. Superb.
What a great find, capture and share. Dana
I bet the visitor won't start casting stones in here... cool stuff!
Wonderful capture and postwork! Beautiful composition, textures, and light. I love the sharply defined edges and the imperfections in the glass, brought out by your postwork. I like the circles in the bottom of the glass and the face of a sailor in the top left corner. (The shaggy hair blowing fiercely, and rough-hewn face, just say sailor to me.) The butterfly looks like he is smiling. The sugar must have been good. I like the white veins on his wings. Excellent image!
