Please, feel free to share your thoughts with me and don't forget to ZOOM - IN ... but most of all enjoy and naturally thanks goes to 'old Al' ;-)

A super series Brigitte and I like every one of them.
I like the top left because that hat is a triumph!! But my favourite has to be the Aubrey Beardsley. What a wonderful find and thankyou so much for showing us!
Hmmm...I like them all, but 2,3, and 6 are my faves.
A wonderful collection! Thanks for sharing! Two weeks ago, I bought two coffee-table books about Art Nouveau paintings from "Mucha" and according jewelry from "Rene Lalique". Nice!! :)
It's amazing you could save that much from the fire at Old Al's place, the damage there was quite extensive, lucky he had good insurance ! This is definitely the koolest wall paper I've ever seen ! Timely rescue and thanx for the share ! ~Cheers~
thanks for this wonderful Art Deco Pictures !!all looks very beautiful !! :)
I have always loved Deco/Nouveau art. Many years ago I worked in a art store that had a ornate pressed tin ceiling from the 20s. In a rushed effort to make a profit from the space everyone was made to move and the building demolished.Nothing was saved. Great job saving something that must have brought happiness to people for many years and will continue to do so thanks to your efforts.
Sorry i didnt realise you had comments on i have really enjoyed these art deco pieces !!
My sister has always been a drama queen. My mother used to call her 'Sarah Heartburn' so that panel would be my emotional favorite. I like them all but if I had to choose I'd go with the lower right. Their condition is amazing. Thanks for sharing these with us.
marvelous collection!! great art deco series !!
Outstanding collection awesome save on such old wallpaper. All of them are gorgeous. Excellent timing, glad you were at the scene or else these would have been lost forever. Looks like you are going to preserve these beautiful pieces really well. Thanks for sharing, really looking forward to the next set..
Very interesting collage Brigitte!!
A very wonderful collage of these beautiful old works of art!!! My favorite is Sarah!!! Wonderful work and thanks.
These are real Art Deco/Art Nouveau beauties, Brigitte. Okay, I like them all, but my favorites are # 1 ~Lithographies, Originales~ # 2 ~Bieres de la Meuse~ and #5 ~Sarah Bernhardt. I don't know the exact material they were printed on, but I wonder if they could withstand the hazard of being unwrinkled with a warm flat iron? Covered with a towel, of course.
They look so lovely in this collage and as for having a fav. it is impossible as they all look so great. I think these were a great find, and I am so pleased that you are sharing them with us.
I am so happy for you, that you could rescue this 'Art Deco'. I enjoy this with you, and am excited about the appearance from all shown here. Mid-below could be you, Brigitchen ;-). But how about a tap-dance in the Moulin Rouge? Stunning beauties this are. Thank you so much for sharing, dear Sis!
I am very glad that you noticed the beautiful wallpaper! I like everyone of them and they are in good hands! Thank you for sharing,Brigitte! Hugs!
