Description
...photographed this afternoon through the old window of an antique store in Wallace, Idaho.
...The resulting image reminded me of a photo manipulation but this is a single shot of three stuffed mountain goats on a wall behind a plate glass window reflecting clouds and the local scene behind me. The large white mass in the lower right corner is the back of a bear.
Bill:)
P.S. My comments will be rather hit and miss for the next few weeks. We are on day two of a five week car trip that will cover 5,000 miles before it is done. I do have my lap top and will be visiting your galleries whenever I can.

doing real well here
I'm glad you posted this. I think it was your best one from that series today (although there were more, I know)! It really does look like a photo manip, but I can attest to the fact that it's only one picture. Excellent work!
Super shot Bill it looks great and yep does look like a manipulated image!!
great idea for this manip ,fits perfect !! have a good tome too!!
This is a fantastic shot Bill, very well seen and captured. (At first I thought you were acting the goat or kidding us).
That's a very spiritual image, actually! At first glance, one thinks of a great goat-spirit looking down from the sky. Or maybe I should pack it in and go to bed - it's almost 2:00 AM! A fascinating photo, Bill!
Awesome idea to capture this beautiful image!!
The stuff of visions..you know "And, Behold there were three horned animals who peereth through the clouds, and one spake and said Baaaa.... Brilliant! My recent self-portrait pic was one image also, just with two filters. Reflections R Us. Have a great trip!
well seen and captured....
Excellent photo composition.....
cool reflection effect
marvelous capture
VERY cleverly done Bill! Impressive! So! Another epic 'Grand Tour! lol You two have loads of fun and take toads of pics... Maybe one one day you'll do the cross Country one and come to Maine lol Rob
Wow! It sure does look like a montage! Looks like a picture depicting Glacier National Park. Enjoy your trip... am looking forward to all the great pics from you and Tara.
Well seen! It could almost be my uncle's house in Priest Lake, Idaho; he has more stuffed beasts than I've ever seen in my lifetime. What a brilliant capture you've gotten here!
What a cool shot this is!!!! And your 5 week trip sounds sooooooo nice you guys!!! A photographers dream vacation! ♥ Be safe, and have fun!
Wonderful. The reflections are really well seen and captured. :-) Wish you both a wonderful trip :-)
Very interesting photo. Wow, Bill we are off on our hols again, so looking forward to seeing where we have been :o) Hope you, Tara & Mandy have a wonderful time!!!
This is really great. Thanks for sharing and have a glorious trip.
Wonderful image Loved Andrea's comment - Baaaaaa!
Brilliant idea of focusing on the glass with the sky reflection. Makes for a surreal effect. Or ethereal, perhaps? As previously stated, reminds one of apocalyptic art. Catches the imagination and curiosity "How did he do that?" Great job! Have a good trip and drive carefully! Looking foreward to your next bundle of photos! :-)
Well done, Bill. Very cool use of those reflections - an almost mystical mood. Enjoy your car trip and take lots of photos ( as if I need to tell you)
I thought it was a bearded man who is supposed to look down on us from above! ;-) Have a great trip you two!
Superb and great idea. Fantastic work
OUTSTANDING IMAGE! AND HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

That is a very slick capture Bill. Nicely done! A thousand miles a week is a tall order. Stay safe! Don't you two have a first anniversary right about now? Dana

An amazing capture and a super spotting to see how this would turn out. I hope you and Tara have a great trip and a lovely anniversary.
Wow, this is great. Reminds me of a greeting card I saw and loved--has kind of a mystical quality!!
