What a great angle, and the composition makes me feel like I'm right there. Wonderful piece for Chip!
A lovely capture of this whirling machine and I like the POV too.
Wow lol I think I'll stay on the ground ;o))))))))))
very nice image!!!!!!
First off, I'm gonna learn to sing these, and then get on something that spins really fast and sing them! I've learned that singing while spinning around (and going upside down) is really fun, and I think I'd be a bit more dignified singing these songs, rather than singing "Born this Way" by Lady Gaga...and as for this shot! I love it. Every time I see one of these, I wonder just how many rocket scientists hang out in amusement parks getting ideas. These spinning things work on the same principles of space stations, after all, and when you're in microgravity, you want to spin: that way your feet stay on the floor and dinner stays in your stomach and not floating around getting in everything. And now I have to know: after photographing this beauty, did you ride it too? Better yet, did you sing? Thank you for this (and the songs, especially!) This is super!
Great photo and excellent tribute.
