Description
Bullied Pacific "Tangmere" passing Reddish South on the "Scarborough Flyer". Spam Can was the nickname these loco's aquired when in their original condition with body casing (as seen here). Reddish South is officially the U.Ks most little used station with only 1 train a week in one direction. The line does however see quite a few heavy freights . It used to have 4 platforms and was intensively used. Sad.

Interesting....glad to find after clicking, that it wasn't actually a can of spam.
Great shot , remember seeing this engine in a scrapyard 40 years ago before it was hauled out and restored .
Never mind - when we run out of diesel and electric we can go back to steam. Might take a few days, though. Great photo!
