J'apprécie le double sens de ce titre, en premier lieu, on pense à une rupture de l'esprit vu le personnage au premier plan, ensuite on aperçoit le second personnage et on pense à la rupture amoureuse ... Une belle image émouvante ! Je pense que breakdown or breaking serait une meilleure traduction (désolée, c'est mon côté, "j'ai eu un DEUG d'anglais qui ressort" même si ça fait très longtemps et que j'ai presque tout oublié ;-)).
