I don't remember whose parameter this is originally from, but it is tweaked a long way from the original.
Looking at a long workday today. Have to go 2 hours down the road for a woundcare seminar. And then 2 hours home after a long day of lectures. It is good to keep up with best practices but being so rural tends to make it a bigger commitment than it is for folks that live in a big city somewhere. Problem is its us out in the far rural areas that need this training more than the city folks. Out here we are the only game in town, its not like you can just go to a neighboring hospital if you dont like the care here.

yep all has its plusses and minusses,me not beeing able to drive in fact i never drove a car in my life i am claustrophobic and paranoid lol,for me the city (small one 45.000 inhabitants)is important.
