Cute photo shot Dana.
Awww; I have a friend in California who had a flock of wild turkeys that used to come to her porch door and bang on the glass; apparently the previous owners used to feed them. Do you feed these or let them forage on their own?
Great shot! they look very nice nicer with mashed potatos and gravy and stuffing and cranberry sauce and...
I hope they are not for dinner lol superb capture Dana !!
mother turkey looks already alarmed! wonderful capture!
Watched a programme on TV Monday about a chap in Florida who raised 13 wild turkeys from egges and lived with them to adulthood. http://www.guardian.co.uk/tv-and-radio/2011/aug/01/tv-review-life-as-turkey

Super shot Dana. We don't have wild turkeys in the UK.
The turkeys are taking over here too! They are so much fun to watch!

I have never seen a wild turkey before, dear Dana. Wonderful shot of Mother and chicks. Hugs for all day. Di. xx
Nice catch on these guys and we have lots of wild turkeys here running lose in our woods.
Although I have no personal anecdotes concerning wild turkeys, I will say that this is a most cool capture of the mother and chick fowl meandering in the tall grass, Dana.
3 months away, getting em' fat for the occasion.
It is nice to see these turkeys in a natural enviroment like this rather than the frozen muntant hybrids that are sold in supermarkets.
Sweet shot
Very nice capture!
It's a shame God had to create the Turkey to be so homely. lol Great shot; cool to see such a big cluster of them in one place!
Fine capture, Dana - but don't say it loud or the quickly disappear! ;o)
