Description
Completing my collection of common birds...
The Dunnock, Prunella modularis, is a small passerine bird found throughout temperate Europe and into Asia. It is by far the most widespread member of the accentor family, which otherwise consists of mountain species. It is sometimes called the Hedge Accentor, Hedge Sparrow or Hedge Warbler.
Picture taken in Etel (France) in June 2011.

Excellent shot. Superb image
Mignon tout plein. Merci pour les infos.
bonne photo!
outrageously perfect I would say. The fluffed look indicating either a bit of breeze or perhaps low temperatures in the morning. Colors blend beautifully with the back ground and lighting.
Great composition and an extremely photogenic bird, Michel!
