View is from Morro da Urca (elevation 218m), the halfway station when ascending Sugarloaf Mountain and shows Enseada de Botafoga (Bay of Botafoga) and the lights of the shore drive along the Praia do Botafoga and the illuminated Statue of Christ the Redeemer on top of Corcovado Mountain, about 2,75 miles distance as the crow flies.
