Looks like a tribute to those who live along the Mississippi and its tributaries. Such a shame that some areas of the world are inundated with water and others have none...bad planning... A fine image however.
It does remind me of Minot, North Dakota. Many homes there are completely underwater tonight. I always put on slippers before I go walking about in the dark.
