Description
I was doing a little astrophotography last night with several friend at the old Worley Observatory. I was shooting Antares and "M4" the Cat Eye Cluster.
Antares is a bright magnitude +1 star and is a huge red giant star. It puts off a yellow glow.
About 1.5 degrees to the right of Antares is a star cluster, M4, known as the ‘Cat’s Eye’ cluster. This cluster is easily visible with binoculars or a small telescope at magnitude +7.5.
Antares and M4 are due south around 10:30 p.m. right now, and well worth a look.
The blue star in the lower left is Tau Scorpii and the upper right is a double star called Al Niyat. Thanks for viewing.

My camera is a canon rebel that is not modified. I was shooting with a 200mm lens, iso 1600, f6.5 60 sec. exposers and this is a stack of 30 photos, stacked in DeepSkyStacker.
Well done!
