Description
Hi friends!
I saw how a light-yellow crab spider, sitting hiding in a Rudbeckia, tackled a hover-fly.
(or is it a wasp?)
Observing the spider by eating his meal, I took about 18 photos.
It was very interesting.
To see how the spider caught its prey, then (I think) sucking it, to drop the fly as he was finished with it.
If you are interesting too, you should definitely look by zoom.
Thank you very much for stopping by, and for your lovely comments on my earlier uploads.
Wishing you all 'bon apetit' :D!
P.S.
These pictures are from a few days ago.
This morning on another Rudbeckia flower, I was again witnessed of the meal of an other crab spider. This time a white colored one, but it used the same procedure. As I did too, because of course I took pictures again. :)
