Into an unknown port
Upon the Seas of Fate
Alas!
With nothing
Every soul is cast,
A bag of skin and bones to last
This lifetime short or late.
This bag of skin is full of words
And secrets long forgot...
Of alphabets and symbols
Buried in our thought.
But we leave without that bag...
Skin and bones turn to dust
The soul lives on however
And remember then it must.
So in the end all I have
To offer up posterity,
Are those bits of my reality
That through my arts unfurled
My bits of 'immortality'
To leave to all the world.
