Lovely Pelly Belly.
Off we go, into the wild blue yonder.... Just for PJ? Well, we others appreciate it too, especially with the outstanding POV, clarity and colors, Maz.
Lovely capture of this pelican and fabulous birthday dedication.. well done!!
Fantastic capture. Wonderful gift and dedication.
WOW! It's that rare, North-American Feathered Pterodactyl! Okay, it's a pelican, but still! It's a graceful beauty and it's hilarious that I am commenting this after seeing and commenting on your whompin' big plane! You're on this airborne kick and I like it! In fact this guy looks almost as big as that plane! But what really grabs me is the detail...you can count those wing feathers and I love the way he's not centered; it's like Andrea said, there's room in the image for him to fly into, and I think it really captures that sense of movement well...centered shots always seem so static to me, but maybe that's because I don't like middles as much as I like fringes? I'm sure there's a psychological paper in there somewhere. But all of that aside, this is really an exquisite shot.
I love this one. Super clarity and feather details. Dana
WONDERFUL capture! I wanted to get pelicans while in the bay area, but never managed, the only ones I saw were when I was driving :( You did GOOD!
