Where: Inor (Meuse française), calcareous grassland. When : 01-05-2011 13:50 It was only when I came home that I realized which butterfly I captured: the Arran Brown (Erebia ligea) is a member of the Satyridae subfamily of Nymphalidae. According to Hisko de Vries, a German naturalist on the site observado.org, this butterfly is a Woodland Ringlet (Erebia medusa)... D’après Hisko de Vries, un naturaliste allemand sur le site observado.org, ce papillon serait un Moiré franconien ou Franconien ou Nègre à bandes fauves (Erebia medusa)… :~)
