Description
Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated.
We went for a drive today to take a few pictures. Got some decent shots of some abandoned buildings and fast moving rivers. It was a cold day and was snowing when we first left. While most of the loose snow is melted now, there are still areas where it is still quite deep. That is why I got Glenda to stand next to this snowbank, its easier for people to get the sense of how deep it still is by showing it is close to as tall as Glenda.
Heading out for a good steak dinner for supper.
Jim

Great Scott! I couldn't live there! Glenda is a lot like my lovely neighbour Annie..vey similar features.
Brrrrr. You keep that snow! I hate the stuff. A wow shot though. Enjoy your meal.
That's no snow bank, it's a small glacier. ;D Excellent capture!
I agree, a small glacier..lol! In Quebec no more snow but I'm so glad to see Glenda/Excellent :)
That is one big snowbank Jim, hope things warm up for you two soon
Thanks for sharing this!! It was a tad cold standing in the ditch next to the snowbank. Really it is incredible to have so much snow left at the near end of April. I can't recall it being so cold this much snow and a snow day this late in the year. (Wonder what happened to the saying April Showers bring May Flowers)?? Good capture of the heaping snow Jim. Love and Hugs..
Fantastic capture, Jim I love how the snow is sculpted by the elements
i'd call it a snow mass for sure, glad it didn't tumble on her, it is the best way to show sizing tho! excellent photo capture!:)*5
Crikey that snow is still deep. A lovely capture of Glenda and this would be like having an iceberg in the back yard.
I have not seen snow this deep since I was in Utah a few years back.sure got yourself an attractive model
wow, yes, I can see better the amount of snow you still have !
Wow, that is amazing, we never get that much snow ever. So warm here yesterday, sorry :o)
WOW...Gorgeous sot here, excellent capture, very nicely done!
Hey Jim great pic. You can keep the snow. No I went and worked at the Derby once. I will just work it here, we carry the simulcast. And you can bet on it from my work. Usually a very very busy day. :)
How brave Glenda is there in the cold. Thanks for sharing again. Love to see this!!!
