I like the idea a lot - it wasn't all the high-tech weapons that brought them down, but the tiniest of things that did them in! Kinda like War of The Worlds.. Good thing the ants are on the good guys' side! :-D

Ohhooo, that is a great concept for bringing them down.. a great bit of real world science. And no Froggy, there would be no possibility for an immunity reaction to develop because this is about fundamental biochemistry, not viruses or bacteria. Congrats on coming up with this novel solution.
