Hello everybody!
A yesterday-shot, from the north entrance of the small village where we live.
Called Sweikhuizen (in the South of the Netherlands).
This path is called : "Duister Gatsken".
A funny name isn't it?
Translated in English is would be called,
something like "Small dark alley", or "Dark little place", "Dark hole".
We have also a path called: "Evil alley".
Or what do you think of the name, "Little shorts"?
Oh, you just don't be afraid,
come and look at all those crazy names
(and crazy people?)!

Wonderful shot Mies. I think you may have started something with place names. Near the village in Dorset where I was born there is an area called 'Knackers Hole'.

What a gorgeous capture!! Some names are quite humorous indeed,and very catching. This doesn't look dark at all,right now. You have taken a beautiful picture on a sunny day!!
