Coming up with an original an unique history for this character was tough, since I've never really been a fan of the idea of the Easter Bunny and there really wasn't a whole lot of information that I could find on actual historical accounts of the historical holiday figure other than rabbits are springtime symbols of rebirth, fertility, and were related to gods and goddesses of such things in ancient times. So, I kind of tied that together with some ideas that some people have of various ancient cultures being influenced by extraterrestrials and there you have it. His base of operations is within the mysterious spacecraft of unknown origins buried deep underground on Easter Island in Chile, South America, on Earth. But, that's not really where he is from himself, and as his bio above explains, he too, like his adopted home, is ancient in origin, with any real place of origin lost to time. So, it's really quite fitting at how things worked out. As for how he and his daughter, Esther, are able to travel around the world from their isolated home base, well, that can mostly be calked up to them being immortal nature spirits with ancient mystical powers, but can also partially be reconciled with the use of the alien tech they found in the spacecraft. His bio specifically mentions that his can can summon an endless supply of his magical eggs, which contain an infinite amount of tricks and surprises. Therefore, it could be inferred that some of them are used for teleportation for quick travel from place to place, or even things like smokescreens or invisibility for getaways. His daughter's bio even mentions how she was able to reverse-engineer a lot of the alien tech she found in the ship to create her own gear. So, it's not that much of a stretch that she could have shared her technological genius with her dad. The ship itself can never fly again, but them having something being salvageable from it to suit their needs, is a viable workaround.
