Finally getting rid of this eye sore out of this area seems the only people that lived in it was druggies so i bought the property just so we would not have this problem around us.

The house probably looked very nice once upon a time, it seems a shame that it's been reduced to the point where it's now necessary to tear it down. At least you removed a problem from your neighborhood, though.
