For lack of a better title...she looks thoughtful. well today is my first day in years that I've been unemployed... feels different, yesterday was a little emotional...and today ..too still I was up at 6 am... well, hopefully I will find something but not too soon this is virginia by my friend pdesign (petra)..pose free from structure, hair is isabel hair at daz back from lavinia's tale

She's beautiful! Wonderful pose and expression, she does indeed look thoughtfull. I'm sure it will take a while to get use to leisure time, but I hope you can relax and enjoy it, until you find another job. hugs to you.

Hi Cheryl, she looks like she is trying to bore right through me with that stare! Redundancy is a strange thing - I should know as it's happened to me (as well as a TUPE transfer which was rubbish) You learn interesting things at times like this I think - me, I thought I was going to have a year off and ended up just taking 5 weeks (even constantly working at home on house related jobs during this time). I thought I could lead a more sedantary lifestyle but realised that it's just not in me! But it did take 5 weeks and that's my point, take your time and you will work out what's right for you. Try to identify with the "opportunity" this rest period may bring. For me it was using my skills (?) to go contracting (which has allowed me to try different roles within my field at different employers. This opened up new avenues of employment and after 4.5 years I've not looked back! I hope you take the time to work out whats right for you!
