Description
on a most restrictive airstrip, surrounded on both sides by sturdy walls, leaving the pilot just a minimum margin of error between wingtip and wall. I did this just for the fun of it, because this concept would be inappropriate and ultra dangerous in the real world, where everything manmade is fallible, including nuclear power plants.
Created 4/6/05, employing a combination of Bryce, Poser and Photoshop, and a followup on yesterday's 'Boeing 707 on takeoff' posting.
I adopted a typical Marilyn/beachzz type POV in this effort for a more dramatic presentation.
Note the reflection of the airstrip on the bottom of the fuselage and horizontal tail structure.
Cheerybye, thankx for dropping by, and for any and all favs and laudatory comments.

wonderful done here
splendid creation...but it isn't an airstrip! hi hi hi !
Cool work here Harry, really like the blend of textures here
One of the prettiest airstrips I've ever seen, and they must have a busy crew to make sure there are no tire skid marks on that beautiful parquet flooring! Excellent work, Harry!
Awesome image. I am sure the pilot enjoyed practicing his skills.
The refection's on the 707 are really great Harry! Like it landing on wooden flooring lol Good one.. Rob
Uhhh WAY COOL! WOW! Excellent idea and work Harry...do they have Mr. Clean wash their runways:-)
I thought that you did wonderful work on the takeoff image but very impressed with this landing image. Shadow and all. Dana
