Description
This one kinda got lost for a while.
On the road tomorrow, heading north for a couple of weeks. Have to see if my house is still standing, see some friends, take care of business. I flew down here the end of September for two weeks--it's been 5 1/2 months. And I'm coming back, probably till June or so. Funny how things work; when I left southern California I couldn't get out fast enough, wanted out of the "city". Now it feels good, and you just can't beat the weather!!

Well it's decided then...you will have to take up surfing!
Great capture hope he doesn't surf over you lol..
He looks like he is in shock? lol... I googled your house, its still there. But a big party is going on there? lol Just kidding. Aloha
Looks like great form to me... A-1 image Marilyn. Your house is going to be lonely while you're gone:)
Why do you think they call this part of California 'Lotus Land'? I love your surfing pictures. You should submit some of them to the magazines. Looking at this one I hear the old instrumental 'Pipeline' in my ear.
Oh wow. This is fabulous! I'm fascinated to see how the board cuts the water, how his feet are positioned on the board, where he's looking, how he holds himself as he balances there. Excellent capture!
superb action image
Truly a stellar shot in my books!

Just BRILLIANT! I should be homesick.
Great capture!
I've enjoyed your surfing/beach series and this is one of the best. Great shot and we have to wonder what's just out of the frame?
Fantastic capture, Marilyn! You are a great sports photographer
You do these shots so well; you really have an affinity for the waterboard sports! Great work!
Don't get much more stellar in this spectacular capture, Maz! I wonder what condition your house will be in when you return up north. I hope someone picked up all the newspapers off your lawn.
Stunning shot and safe drive north. Dana
What a shot! I have so much catching up to do and this is a fantastic place to start. This is just stunningly amazing, more than top notch. Everything in this is just spot-on perfect, and I can almost count the hairs on his head. WOW! Super stuff.
