Another picture inspired by a model from Google SketchUp Warehouse (The Golden Pavilion or Kinkaku-ji).
This scene features my favorite birds the Red Crown Cranes (from Ken Gilliland's Sonbird Remix Shorebirds Vol 1). The trees are from Xfrog. Please zoom for a better view.

Beautiful image! I love all the shapes, the sinuous curve of the trees, jagged rocks, straight lines of the grass, and angles of the pavilion. Wonderful soft, glowing light and deep shade. The hazy silhouetted trees in the distance and softer color and light of the pavilion, beautifully emphasize the shape, details, and light of the land in the foreground. Lovely birds. Excellent work!
