A few overhead lights would give this some nice depth and shadows
Giant man wore this back in 1964. Comics then were printed on newsprint and used dot matrix colors; the art was pretty flat. Giant man had pretty lightweight adventures fighting the likes of the Human Top, in my opinion deep shadows and depth really don't fit the character in that time period.
