Description
Going back in time once again, back to Aug. of last year. I had gone over to the eastern part of Oklahoma USA to shot around Robbers Cave State Park. I happened on to a narrow gravel road going off to the east, a small sign hanging on the gate that read Coon Creek Lake. Curiosity took over and I found myself traveling up the gravel road. After a short drive I cleared the trees, looking down in a cove, to my surprise was this beautiful little lake nestled in the trees and the hills that surrounded its banks. One lone Fisherman in a paddle boat setting in the calm, reflective mirror like waters. Amazingly peaceful was my first thought then I realized there wasn’t a sound to be heard but for the birds off in the distance. Sometimes you have to get off the beaten path to find the photo treasures.
