Hello.
Milk rice but I am sure in your part of the world called differently. Rice cooked in milk, flavored with vanilla sugar and cinnamon with a few raisins. I am not folding egg whites in there and not put it into the oven for the few minutes...sorry my recipe, my way...lol.
(the spoon not dirty, it is silver and I am not polish it)

Yes, rice pudding it is. You get such pristine atmosphere in your kitchen photos, Tunde. Incidentally, I mix cinnamon powder, among other things, into my breakfast oatmeal.
Mmmmmmmm ... yummy! We had Indian food the other day, and they make rice pudding with golden raisins and add a bit of cardamom. Oh man, is THAT tasty!

I eat rice and every one around here eat rice. just we make sauces to put on rice here . sound good and i will try it one day
