I woke up to freezing fog, this morning. It is still there, but I think it will disappear during the day.

So many interesting patterns and textures!
Very intriguing, we all like to know what lies behind closed doors!
Yeah I agree. You have captured wonderful textures and colours here.
Wonderful photo!
Nice to see.
Several different eras of construction shown there!
Delightful capture. I love all the various masonry textures.
Beautiful photo ;o))))))))))
Great capture Helle, and you are right about how cool the brick and stones here are
The door of dungeons ?May be...Excellent photo Helle and very mysterious as you say!
Some decades ago I visited Castle Koldinghus alone, on a rainy day, and was the only one (except for an elderly watchman) in the huge structure. Marvelous medieval atmosphere that almost transported one back in time. But the dungeon, for some reason, really freaked me out ... I left it, running!
We are covered in dense fog here too. It will be with us until nearly noon. Love those stones too. I guess you had to pick up your feet when you walked around or else you might trip. Outstanding shot.
lots of great textures
Love the cobblestones all over, superb capture! :)
Wonderful photo , great texture ! The trees were still decorated for Christmas!
wonderful and interesting photo! I love the bricks and stones too!!!!
Oooooohh! I love all the stones and bricks. What a wonderful photograph!
Splendid composition and colors my friend
WOW! WOW! OOOOOooooh! I love the stones in this. The colors are amazing. It's funny: some of them make me think of jelly beans. I don't know why, I think it is their shape, almost as if they are jelly beans that got hot so they melted just a little bit and took new shapes. The colors are so warm and so comfortable for me, and I love the textures and the way there are stones, bricks of different sizes, and still different types of stones. This is really marvelous!
this are truely textures to love and you got them ina very fine shot, Helle!
i understand your love to the stones and bricks- perfect work makes perfect pictures!
Almost all look to be river rock...or maybe east coast North Sea (or is it Baltic Sea) rock...I remember how rocky those beaches were when we visited years ago. Love the photo.
wonderful scene
Excellent shot of this wonderful building
interesting object and a very nice capture, Helle!
