Description
Bill has his North American B-25 Billy Mitchell medium bomber, and I've got mine.
Captured 10/24/10, at the 9th Annual Wings Wheels Rotors & Expo, held at the beautiful Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) in beautiful Los Alamitos, California.
Better viewed full size.
This legendary and well maintained throwback to WWII pays a visit to this event every year, and the crowds -- mostly men -- just eat it up, figuratively, that is.
I also have a foto file on this same exact plane from 2009, pics of which I previously posted in my gallery some time back.
Go to Google for tons of information on this aircraft.
Aloha, thankx for clicking on, and for any and all complimentary comments and favs.

That is one stately looking old warbird! Great photos!
Neat plane with what looks like an amazing array of gunpower.
Wow, some very cool parts on this plane!!!
This is such a killer plane, and what a great job you did on these pics Harry
Bill will love this wonderful collage Harry. It is right up his alley. Fantastic shot. Dana
Wow, strange shapes and design on this plane! Your shots are superb!
A very nice set of photo story on a legendary bomber that I heard in my childhood, hidden in the cellar, with neighbors of the building where we were staying with my parents! Visitors can imagine after war, what it is to withstand waves of bombings during the years 1944/1945!
Excellent collage Dear friend Harry !!!! beautiful details !
nice shots :)
Super pics!
Gee, those guns in the middle shot would look good on my Jeep, and would help me get through traffic as well, ha ha!
A wonderful executive suite to spend some time in, though not on a raid. The guns look very impressive but dangerous. Excellent photography.
Harry, this collage is a real stunner!!! I am so amazed how you got so close and the pictures so clear! No wonder you wanted me to see, lol Got to be a Fave mate! Well done, all round! Rob (Rose says hello!)
Harry this one is also to awesome...Love the details and all your images...will have to see if I can find the 2009 picture in your Gallery...give me a minuet...lol Oh, Rob says hello :-)
Thanks Harry for the dedi of this spectacular looking B-25. Glad you've got your own. We should fly them midway between your humble abode and mine, meet for coffee and swap flying stories:-))) There are two ladies here from California this weekend to make presentations on WWII nose art. If you are interested here is their website. They may have done the work on Executive Sweet. http://www.victorygirl.com/
