In het moeras van de tijger
loop je gevaar
kijk uit in het duister
dan doet ie raar
sluipen zijn poten
zacht zijn gegrom.
Maar heb je geluk
dan roept hij je:
"kom, kom"
en vertelt hij verhalen
die gaan van vader op zoon
ze zijn bijzonder
heel ongewoon.
Dan je zult nooit vergeten
waarom dit het tijger-moeras moest heten.
