Description
Sunset last night. I couldn't take enough photos, the sky was just awesome!
I rotated it to add a little interest and make it look more like a painting.
I hope you enjoy it.
My previous upload, "Feet" was selected for LWITG 3. Thanks :) I sure am glad I decided to include it in my gallery.
Happy Monday!
HUGS,
~Melinda~

This is fantastic, Melinda the rotation was a great idea
Wonderful spectrum of colors and blends in this uniquely presented pic of a sunset, Melinda!
that must have been the night of a life time.. the fun thing is that when you read you first think.. sunset... sunset.. .huh and than you look at the image and think huh again and than you read on and see that you rotated it.. so if you wanted that effect.. it worked for me.. grijns/grin
This is a pilot's worse nightmare, which way is up. I love the colors.
simply fantastic
fantastic picture!!!!!
I was seeing light and shadows on a drape. It's the colors and the shading that make this ... from any direction!
A really beautiful image.
I often turn the camera at an angle to avoid pesky trees.very effective capture
A stunning image! At first I thought it was a waterfall. Turning it on end was a stroke of genius.
WOW! You know when you have a glass of iced coffee and you add cream, but you pour it slowly so that it remains on top for a while, and then slowly sinks...well...it makes streaks like this, and you can even capture a few of the colors you get here, if you're in one of those cool coffee houses with soft lighting, and even stained glass panels hanging in the windows. That's the feeling I get when I look at this, so needless to say, I wholly agree with your decision to rotate this. And yeah, it also makes me think of soft drapes hanging in front of an open window, so the breeze makes them move. Yeah, this is great! The colors are incredibly rich. I wonder why I missed this? Brain-burp, I think. OH well, at least I got to see it now.
