Captured back on 1/21/09, early in the AM, within walking distance of my semidomesticated domicile.

The lady owner of this vehicle told me the details of the accident, but that was two years ago, and I don't remember what she said. Ironically, the car may still have been operable, even after all this.
There are so many Rendo people I can think of that I could have dedicated this to, but who needs the response of acrimony and resentment? A nice change from all my Civil War, contrails, nature and shadow stuff, though.

Excellent captures of this unfortunate episode in this ladies life. The front has buckled into a grotesque smile I notice. A great reminder to drive carefully.
I hate to see this. A few years ago my new car was totalled by someone who ran a red light. Now when I see something like this I can really feel for them and what they are going through. I'll certainly never forget the experience.

Always hated seeing things like this-usually someone ends up getting hurt. But, a wonderful capture of the front end damage. It probably did still run after the fact, they usually do!

Hope no one was injured. Reminds me of a car accident I had in the early 70's, flipped a car end over end on the highway and walked away from it. Why? I was asleep at the time and so was the driver.
That one must have made a hell of a crunch! Still, you can see the crash bar is still in place so all held firm.. I hope.. Good montage Harry.. Rob

Woah...and I was bummed when I blew my taillight out last month...it was dark, I 'thought' I was paying attention, backed into my ex-husbands deck railing and popped my taillight out....yes I was in a hurry to get out of there...ask Rob! lol
