Description
I made this a week ago and I've really enjoyed it and today I re-textured it using Digital Carvers Guild Bevel function and it came out cool enough that I decided I'd post it. So for those few out there who find it cool, enjoy.
The background uses Veloute weave and I added spots and turbulence into the color provide some noise in the backdrop (gives the image a LOT more depth). This uses two lights plus a little GI.
Took a long time to get the shape perfect and it's a tweeny off but it's good enough.

Excellent results for the effort - great use of the shaders and lighting. Nice one!
"Say that's purty!" Looks like it could be SOE on one bulkhead of the crewpersons' quarters on ye olde original [and for me the only] Enterprise.
Love the depth to it the shadowing makes it stand out!!
