...with a White Throated Sparrow.
He or she was either hiding from a predator (that I could see hide nor hair of) or just ate too much and didn't feel like putting forth the effort to fly away from me as I stalked him or her. They usually take off at a very speedy rate, so I was glad that this one thought better of it!

What a wonderful shot of one of these pretty little birds. We have a few around our area right now. This past spring we happened to look outside and saw one eating the blossoms off of our forsythia bush! Guess the flowers were tasty because he/she ate a lot. I'm sure this little bird enjoys the food you put out for them!
