Description
My cousin is a Hornet pilot in the Airforce, so today we went looking at all the cool stuff they have at The Point Cook Air Base. The Aermacchi or Macchi MB-326 was a light military jet aircraft designed in Italy. Originally conceived as a two-seat trainer aircraft, there were also single and two-seat light attack versions. Best viewed zoomed.

Yep, had both of those jets here in our airforce too - an Impala (local manufacture of the Aermacchi) and the Vampire T55 below. Well done, Clive
