Description
This is the first Hibuscus in my garden this summer. (image snapped late yesterday afternoon) I am so thrilled as the plant got black frost this winter and I thought it was gone!
My trip to the US and Canada crept up so quickly! I am leaving in 4 days and can almost not believe it. I am including my final itinerary below, so if you are in any of these cities, and I have a moment to spare between work commitments, I would love to meet you. Just pop me a mail!
Jan 13, 14, 15 - New York City (Jan 13 & 15 - free days for shopping - Hehehe...)
Jan 16, 17 - Philadelphia
Jan 18 - Cincinnati, OH
Jan 19 - Columbus, OH
Jan 20, 21, 22 - Chicago (Jan 22 - whole day free to spend with Chip, Corey, Kate, Mark(maybe) and whoever else wants to join in)
Jan 23, 24 - Cleveland, OH
Jan 25 - Detroit, MI
Jan 26 - Salt Lake City
Jan 27 - Las Vegas
Jan 28, 29 - San Francisco (Jan 29 - whole day free to spend with PJ, Costa and whoever else wants to join in)
Jan 30, 31, Feb 1, 2 - Seattle with Tara & Bill and definitely seeing Denise. This is all free time.
Feb 3, 4 - Toronto
Feb 5, 6 - New York City
Feb 7 - Flying home
I am hoping to meet as many of you as possible.

An excellent macro of the most beautiful hibiscus I've ever seen, Carin, and I've seen a lot of different varieties. But, what's this? No Los Angeles, San Diego, or even Southern California in general on your trip? It appears your itinerary is oriented mostly toward the northern section of the United States. In any event, have a safe and sane trip.
