Description

This is America’s first parish, founded on September 8, 1565, by Spaniard Pedro Menendez. It was elevated to a Cathedral in 1870. The building on the right is not part of the Cathedral. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated. Dana

What a stunning shot and I love the "YOU ARE THERE" POV. The colors are fantastic, and I'm particularly drawn to the brilliant red on the right side of this picture. It's adds such excitement. This is an amazing, wonderfully-detailed shot.

Marvelous POV, perspective, clarity, color and patterns to go along with the stark lighting contrasts in this superlative shot, Dana.
