Dear brother in Art I would like to dedicate this first spacko map to you ,as you came up with the idea,but you are surely not aware what your inspiration let loose. Instantly when I read your comment about the idea with the map,I started working on it and the idea came to me as to set all this like a 3d map from a pc game like the settlers,or civilization. Now after 8-10 hours of work and immense fun I can present you with the first one and dedicate to you and thank you for giving me this huge push. The renders all are combinations out of daz3d and bryce,the landmarks of course I put in by postwork. All models placed and resized in above mentionned programs. Until now I had not the real idea in my head,always jumping back and forth,as not to enclose myself on a single art style ,because 2 and a half years ago I would never have dreamed of me beeing able to do and present works and meeting people who actually like what I do. One reason I instantly liked the idea with mapping spackoine is that again there are no limits exept the ones I put on myself, I can add,destroy and build whatever pleases me and integrate,and close ins on the locations and ..and.and……….man I am lost………….. in fact you let me continue the way I was doing but adding some more information and aspects,for the visitors of spackoine to find their way around in this endless dreamworld. Map one North-east/first settlements/wastelands, Here on the notheast coast of spackoine/spackovia,the first settlers arrived 2 generations ago,fleeing a planet ,whom they destroyed in their greed and ignorance. Now this time all was supposed to be better,all in equality and fraternity and liberty, Alas,again some where more equal than the others,and the whole story started all over again. Spackonensis got destroyed,and nowadays we habve only creeps lingering there,a lot of drugs and smuggled goods reach the coast and the cities through the Old Karawanserai-Road which crosses the wastelands from west to east. We see expanding to the western part,still vast unexplored lands,meanwhile the SH1 (Stellar Highway 1) is ready for traffic,one of the most important axes on the planet. South of Dracos Peek,we still have more lands which are all inhabitated by the most curious species. Another somewhat spooky region lays a bit to the south north of the Lizzardos territories ,the Enchanted Woods. We have also a small glimpse into VileVille,right next to the tunnel of Desolation Point which cuts through the Nipple Mountains (Tit Ridge lol) South of Lynns Point we have the Schwengel Industrials and Facilities,and we have the suspicion that Schwengel builds weapons of mass destruction in his mines underneath the surfaces of the OreMountains.
