Obviously there is much more than just Poser going on here - I believe I see some nice brushwork and excellent image manipulation. Superb work. A very painterly execution. Lighting, harmony, depth of field, composition... all classically executed.

Thanks for the kind words. It's always inspiring to hear opinions. Most of my work is done in Adobe - I use Poser & Bryce... sometimes a half dozen other pieces of software that fit the need, but, Adobe is the workhorse for me. I rarely use models that I didn't create myself in Bryce & will try to give credit when I do. Typically I credit Poser first because the models are so obvious. Fantastic image which tels a whole story. Great composition that looks sort of paintingish too. Reminds me of the scene in LOTR when Boromir gets killed by the Urukhai whilst Frodo and Sam escape from the Orcs at the end of the first film. well done
