Description
Sized up to two inches, bronze figures cast in the State of Benin, Nigeria. They reside on my bookshelf. Cleaning was a good reason to make this image.

superbe !
African people are very skilled to make such sculptures, nice shot !
i love the light on the faces of the figures
They are adorable! I should certainly have had to buy these if I'd seen them!
Old friends are never forgotten...well done!
“Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil” could be the theme here.... Super image.
They are really cute, but they look a bit like aliens, dont they? :-)
Super little figures! I can see why you like them. Shallow dof gives this a lot of interest!
They are cool. Quite Picasoesque in their way.
Nice picture!
The people of southwest Africa were master metal workers when Europeans were still wearing animal skins. Wonderful examples of the art. Well done.
What a great collection, thanks for sharing..
I am counting seven little guys and wondering where Snowhite is lurking ? ... on a serious note, an excellent collection from another Continent, nice memories, no doubt ? BB
