Gorgeous capture Lynell! Your hint was a good one, but in the dead of winter when its -28C (-17F) outside, icecream is the last thing i'm thinking about :) For J i would guess would be John Deere, Being your screen name is cowgirl, I'm sure you are familiar with John Deere tractors. You can get them in any color you want, as long as you want dark green that is.
